About Us
Family and Ministry Enrichment and Empowerment Network, Inc. (FAME) was established in 2014 and designed to be a multi-disciplinary organization which addresses important systemic problems of our inner-city communities. We propose to accomplish this by providing academic, financial, social, psychological and emotional support to this underserved population with the goal of them realizing self-sufficiency. We believe that by providing resources and connections that inspire and empower individuals to pursue personal, professional, emotional, financial, physical, and spiritual enhancement; we contribute to the overall enrichment of families, communities, and generational wealth.
Our Story
Our Founders Derrick A. and Bernadette Baity are individual forces of nature and an incomparable power couple, that have spent decades of their lives building churches, developing programs, schools, and managing businesses that provide opportunities for people from a plethora of backgrounds. They inspired and instilled hope and faith in thousands of people worldwide; however, they discovered that faith should inspire those same people to pursue personal enhancement to become the best versions of themselves to raise healthy families that invest in generational inheritances and build benevolent communities.
